Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our Telegram bot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or if your use would breach any applicable law.
The Service
AMLGuard provides automated blockchain address risk screening for information purposes. We are not a bank, exchange, custodian or licensed AML/KYC provider, and our results are not a compliance decision.
Telegram & Third-Party Services
The Service is delivered through Telegram and relies on third-party hosting and risk-data suppliers. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own terms; we are not responsible for third-party services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reselling it without authorisation, reverse engineering it, exceeding your purchased query quota, submitting data you are not entitled to submit, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Pricing, Payment & Refunds
Paid plans are prepaid query packages priced in USDT. Prices may change at any time. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; unused queries do not expire but cannot be exchanged for cash. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks and risk data provided through the Service are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal or personal purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Risk labels may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, and you use the Service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim or 100 USDT, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service.
Term, Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms and will indicate the effective date of any revision; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Georgia.
